Dr. Ketia is a Realtor with the Coldwell Banker Realty team and serving the Central Florida market. Ketia has recently started a new business as a Notary Public and a Loan signing agent to complement her real estate business. She also enjoys mentoring new agents to help them feel empowered as they enter into an industry that can be intimidating and competitive.  It is evident Dr. Ketia Cayo has a genuine passion and mission for serving her community. Dr. Ketia Cayo resides in Ocoee, Florida with her husband, Jonas Cayo, and their two young boys. Ketia is of Haitian descent and speak creole fluently. In 2011, she received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). She also holds the title of 2018's Mrs. Ocoee, Florida for the Ms./Mrs. Corporate America Organization. Her mission is to help individuals to build their legacy through home ownership and investing.
